Would love to see Cosmic fantasy 1 or 3 translated. How hard is it to translate pc engine games? can a newb do it?

1. NightWolve isn't working on PCE games anymore.
2. I guess it depends on the game, but as a general rule: it is really, really hard.

Yeah I liked Cosmic Fantasy 1. Haven't tried the rest of the series yet.
