First, you need a dvd-rom drive and a not-too-old computer (i.e. at least a pentium 2 at 300mhz). Any windows version is fine.

(You need a dvd-rom drive because that's the only version you can get now from Falcom)

You also need an international credit card to order like Master Card/Visa/American Express/etc.

They'll give you the price and tell you the shipping fees.
They'll also ask you to confirm if you're ok with the price.
Just answer "It's OK, I accept" if you're ok and
something like "Sorry, I don't accept" if you're not ok.

If you're ok and sent the mail, you'll soon receive a mail with a receipt number and you'll get the package sent quickly.
Falcom always use EMS as the shipping method. T
That's one the fastest way to send stuff.
You may get taxes in your own country. (I never got them here, in France)

Comments :

* If you don't want to give your credit card number at first before telling them you accept, you're not forced to do it. That's just a fastest way to order stuff via mail because they'll send an additional email before the acceptance of the order. In this case, you have to mention at least your country in the first mail if you want them to give you the exact shipping fees.

* If you keep the receipt number, you can use it for future orders to avoid giving all your infos (adress and credit card info) ! That way you'll send your credit card number only once.

* Of course, you can order many other stuff from their site this way.
Just go on their page and find your need. Note the item name or item number if you can't read the exact name and give the details at the beginning of your mail.

* Avoid using difficult english and don't ask for things that are not related to orders in your mails because they'll never answer to this kind of mails (they just talk about orders !)

To all those who say sending you CC# over an email isn't safe, keep in mind almost all credit card companies have some sort of fraud protection.

I tried to order them from Falcom about a year ago, and couldn't because I didn't have an international credit card. So another option is to go to http://www.himeyashop.com, and order it from them. Don't know if they sell it cheaper than Falcom, but you can order online and you don't need an international credit card. They also have Ys VI and The Oath in Felgana.

hmm... much like Gillian Seed, i use nihon@falcom.co.jp. I have tried other versions of the address and only got slower responces. The address Seldane posted appears to be user support for software issues.

I live in the US and recently bought both Ys I & II Complete and Ys: The Oath in Felghana, and I paid about $120 altogether. I don't know if this helps, but that's just me.

Wow, you guys ain't kidding when you said that dilivery is fast. They sent out the order on Friday and here it is today on Mondy. I'm very impressed. One thing that noticed is that they charged me 4000 yen and only used 3200 yen. But in all it is cheaper with postage if I get it at any other place.

Could be a shipping and handling fee. I mean non Japanese customers could be extra hassle for them.

Just wanted to point out the import fees and taxes for Canada:

The most important thing people need to know from all that babbling in the document:

Gifts from friends and relatives, valued at $60CDN or less, are duty and tax exempt. Goods imported into Canada, valued at $20CDN or more, are subject to all duties and taxes.

So any games you import from the US, Japan, Hong Kong, etc. WILL get charged unless they are strangely under $20.

Er, I should add that sometimes, the taxes and stuff may get intercepted by a third party brokerage company who will pay the fees and taxes on your behalf so you won't get charged a COD. HOWEVER, they will send you an invoice with the amount they paid. :P So in the end, you'll STILL end up paying taxes + fee but instead of paying the postman/postwoman that comes a-knockin' at your door with the package, you'll pay someone else. ._.;;;;

Also, someone knows where can I get a MIDI version of the Endless History song (from the OVA) or a karaoke version? I'vge searched all around without any luck.

Wohoo!!! Just received my games today!! It took 6 days only, from Japan to Mexico. Everything arrived in great condition, very well protected boxes for both Felghana and Origin. Now my Ys collection gets bigger, BTW I will post a photo soon of my entire Ys collection to date.

The Felghana box is SO GORGEOUS. And the CD collection inside is truly a great gift... BTW, i've seen a double CD box on eBay (from OTAKU.COM) these two CDs are included here, or am I wrong?

Also, the Origin set is great, but a lot smaller than Felghana. I loved it anyway, and the extras are cool, I really like the calendar!

Too bad my Windows AMD PC is dying, I need to reinstall SO and check a hard drive that gives me trouble (I use Mac on a daily basis), so once I fix that I will install both games and enjoy them.

If someone else reading this is still hesitating to order from Falcom, ACT NOW AND DO IT. You won't regret it!!!

Ok Support_H19 has serious problems i swore to god, they never reply to me in a 3 days with it. So yeah, they were correct in telling you to go to support _ h 1 9. Also, I remember they were overloaded back when we were ordering the Ys Origin Extra disc. We had to deal with 1-2 week response times. Same kinda problem now I presume, so it's a matter of patience.

(FYI, I've edited your post to remove the hardcoding of the emails. Email harvesters have been trashing them which is why I think they've had some problems with 'em and have resorted to changing these order emails. Keep 'em clean from spam. Notice they've wisened up and are using image links for any email address.)
